How are book orders processed, and books sent?
ANSWER:
We receive book orders by letter, phone or email.
All orders are processed the same day, unless they are received after 4.00 in the afternoon, in which case they are done the next day.
International orders for single books are sent in bubble bags, and two books are sent in specially made cardboard containers, affectionately known as Fort Knox.
The only postage from New Zealand is Airmail. There is no surface, surface to air, or bookmail.
